Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order.

When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in five working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact Customer Services.


Please note, we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.

UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.


Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days).

We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion and we use a large network of couriers to deliver goods.

We allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your parcel and if you require the goods by a specific date.

If you’re not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a card please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your order.


We currently offer two delivery options: Standard delivery and Tracked and Faster delivery.

Please note, all orders are shipped from the UK. Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary based on the contents of the order. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations.


We aim to deliver orders within 7 – 14 working days following the date your order has been placed.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 7 days of placing the order. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the tags intact.

UK Customers

  • You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different design, size or colour.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

International Customers

  • If you want it replaced for a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you will need to place a new order.
  • We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.
  • We can’t take back items marked with a ‘+’ next to the product name for hygiene reasons. However, if you haven’t removed the original wrapping, or the item’s faulty, then that’s fine.
  • For all returns, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging e.g. shoes must be returned with the original shoe box.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.

  • A guide to measuring. As a general rule, keep the measuring tape firm, but not tight. If you’re measuring yourself, try and take them more than once, to average out any changes in your posture.
  • Measuring your chest. Simply measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms and across your back.
  • Measuring your bra size. First, get your back size by measuring your rib cage, under the breast. Then, for your cup size, measure around the fullest part of your breast.
  • Measuring your waist Easy – just measure around the narrowest part of your body.
  • Measuring your hips. Another simple one. Simply measure around the fullest part of your hips.
  • Measuring your inside leg. Take a measurement from the very top of your inside leg, down to your ankle bone.
